What Nordtier is
Nordtier is a Defence Supplier Readiness Management Platform designed for manufacturing SMEs preparing for defence-related supply chains.
It is software for internal readiness preparation—not a certification body, defence prime, consultancy, or procurement marketplace.
The problem Nordtier addresses
Manufacturing SMEs may have strong industrial capabilities and still face uncertainty about how prepared they are for the additional expectations that can arise in defence-related supply chains. Expectations can vary by customer, programme, and supply-chain role.
Nordtier provides a structured way to establish a readiness baseline and, through the Readiness Improvement Plan, develop a clearer path toward improvement.
Who it is for
Nordtier is designed for manufacturing SMEs preparing to supply components, subsystems, or services into defence-related supply chains—typically organisations considering engagement with primes, agencies, or tier-one contractors.
Free Assessment and Improvement Plan
The Free Defence Supplier Readiness Assessment answers “Where do we stand?” with a Readiness Score, domain-level results, and an Assessment Report.
The Readiness Improvement Plan answers “What should we improve, and how should we move forward?” It is a separate, deeper product currently available to participating organisations through the Nordtier Pilot Programme.
Pilot Programme
Nordtier is currently being evaluated with manufacturing SMEs through the Nordtier Pilot Programme. Participating organisations may receive complimentary access to the Improvement Plan to evaluate the platform and provide feedback. Participation is not automatic.
